WHY MUST THIS MINOR CHILD BE FORCED TO MOVE TO ANOTHER STATE SEEKING JUSTICE AND PROTECTION NOT AVAILABLE TO HER IN ALABAMA?
Why has Alabama failed thousands of children by and through DHR and the judicial system? I don’t believe in coincidences and it is not a coincidence that throughout the state many local DHR employees charged with protecting innocent children are actually selling out these same children, putting them into harms way. There can only be one commodity involved that encourages anyone to ignore what is in the best interest of either a minor child or an elderly person and that is COLD HARD CASH.
I am on the belief and opinion that Alabama’s DHR Commissioner, Nancy Buckner is well aware of the thousands of cases where children are placed in harms way by the very agency she oversees. If not, Buckner must be tunneled below the earth in a bunker and never comes up for air.
WHY IS ALABAMA FAILING TO PROTECT ITS MOST INNOCENT AND VULNERABLE?
I have received information from countless informants requesting my assistance in freeing their children from emotional and physical abuse inflicted upon them by a parent; typically the parent a local judge sees fit to give custody of innocent children to. Many of these parents in question have a history drug and alcohol abuse in addition to a pattern of inflicting physical harm to these same children. How can Nancy Buckner, those employed by DHR and certain judges and lawyers sleep at night knowing what they have done to harm another?
I have heard complaints of unjust if not illegal court proceedings over and over with typically the same handful of judges involved in Chilton, Shelby, Baldwin, Barbour, and now St. Clair Counties. This time by the grace of God, our prayers appear to have been answered, not from within the “Great State of Alabama”, but from another state, a state where they appear to care for children and put their needs first.
IS ALABAMA DHR COMMISSIONER NANCY BUCKNER ONLY INTERESTED IN PURSUING GRANT MONEY FROM CORPORATIONS AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT?
Hopefully, the social services division in that other state will be following through filing a protective order preventing the 6 year old little girl we wrote about last week that appeared to have been sexually abused by her Father from having to return to Alabama and St. Clair County.
The larger question is WHY. Why are the rights of children considered of no value throughout the state of Alabama by DHR and others?
ALABAMA, CERTAIN JUDGES AND SOME DHR OFFICES TREAT CHILDREN AS A COMMODITY; A WAY FOR THEM TO MAKE $$$ WITH LITTLE TO NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD.
Must all children in harms way have to move out of the Alabama in order to protect their life and safety because the courts and DHR have failed them so drastically?
